Karaya is the latest creation from husband-and-wife team Chef Carrie and Jerry Bogar, who have been shaping Anguilla's dining scene since 2007. Set on the peaceful crescent of Shoal Bay West, with views stretching across to St. Martin, Karaya brings contemporary Mediterranean cuisine — housemade pappardelle, simply grilled lobster, crudo with local microgreens — to a beachfront setting where your toes are in the sand and the Caribbean rhythm does the rest. Open daily for lunch and dinner except Wednesdays.
